Most of the time the state makes promises it does not intend to keep. Transitioning into adult hood moving into your own place is very costly. Our transition program will assist in helping financially support these individuals. With funds raised we want to be able to assist individuals moving into an apartment and helping with furnishing. With the the individual will have to donate time to an animal shelter and or a senior citizen.
